50 Cent Reveals Who He Would Like To See Lead "Tomorrow, Today"

rodneyholley rodneyholley Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson recently sat down with TVguide.com and revealed who he would like to see as the lead in the recently announced Tomorrow, Today. In the conversation, Jackson name dropped Wood Harris (Ant-Man, The Wire) and Mos Def (Dexter, Cadillac Records).

"I like Wood Harris. I want to work with Wood." Jackson added, "They haven't shown Chicago as it is. Wood is from Chicago. He's at home with it, he's going to be bringing people he can draw from... the culture there is a very special culture. It's not Los Angeles or New York City."

50 also revealed that he would be bringing the Black Mafia Family aka B.M.F. story to Starz. The project was originally developed as a feature film but will receive the series treatment instead.

"It's so many people involved. We have so much true [stories]... People know the surface parts, but what makes the [drug dealers] become that? That's more interesting to me than the actual outcome," said Jackson.

No production start date has been announced for Tomorrow, Today.
