Bridge of Spies and Carol Lead the Way in 2016 BAFTA Nominations

JamesArthurArmstrong JamesArthurArmstrong Earlier this morning, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) announced its list of nominations for their annual award show. Steven Spielberg's Bridge of Spies and Todd Haynes’ drama Carol lead the pack with both movies securing nine nominations each. Trailing them is Alejandro González Iñárritu's The Revenant starring Leonardo DiCaprio with eight. Mad Max: Fury Road gained seven nods, although they all came in the technical categories.
