Robert Zemeckis' 'The Walk' Will Get Early IMAX Release
Sony is releasing Robert Zemeckis‘ The Walk early on September 20th 2015 in select IMAX theaters, a couple weeks before the film’s scheduled October 9th 2015 release date.
The Walk is based on the true story told in Philippe Petit’s memoir To Reach the Clouds and stars Golden Globe nominee Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Petit, the French high-wire artist who achieved the feat of walking between the Twin Towers in 1974.
